Set up
A team of experts which includes knowledge of vintage fashion, rare antiques and glass wear analysis will go over every item in your home.
We research brands and have extensive knowledge of items we have worked with before.
After everything is carefully looked at we set your items up to sell. This includes bringing in tables and shelves to make sure your items show as if they were in their own unique store. They are cleaned if needed to make sure they look brand new.
This process takes around 1-2 weeks and for even larger homes 2-3 weeks.
Paid ads are always included in each sale which will have images and researched written descriptions.
The Sale
All of this preparation is a marathon for the grand weekend of the sale of your items.
The sale is always staffed appropriately for the size of your home and the number of rooms we have filled.
Staffing usually is around 4-8 people, this ensures your home is safely watched and customers are able to ask questions.
The sale will last 2-3 days over a weekend date chosen by you and Lisa Miller.
After the sale, items left can be donated or cleared out for what is best for you.
